DALLAS –  Brightline Dealer Advisors  (BDA) announces it has added a robust suite of compliance services to its portfolio. Through partnerships with industry leaders in compliance, Mosaic Compliance Services and Automotive Compliance Education (ACE), BDA now offers the most comprehensive compliance training and certification package for auto dealerships in the marketplace.

“The legal and regulatory environment is ever changing and presents a huge challenge for dealers to navigate. With Mosaic and ACE, we have built out a preeminent compliance solution to help dealers effectively train and certify their people,” said Eric Dragoo, President and CEO of Brightline Dealer Advisors.

To help dealers address this challenge, BDA provides Mosaic and ACE’s compliance training and certification programs via the Brightline Digital Training Platform. The BDA platform is recognized as a catalyst for helping create a continuous learning environment for dealers in sales training and compliance, along with many other management tools.

“Dealers have consistently expressed frustration to us with their inability to secure a comprehensive compliance training program from their current financial services provider. Recognizing the importance of compliance and the void in the marketplace, we became very intentional about solving this problem and we’re proud to partner with Mosaic and ACE to bring the premier compliance training and certification program to the marketplace,” said Dragoo.

Mosaic and ACE are leaders in the compliance space. Mosaic has been in the industry for 15 years and has powered the Dealers’ Choice Diamond Award for Compliance Training for the past six years. ACE was established in 2017 to provide effective and affordable certification services to the retail automobile sector.

“We’re very excited to partner with BDA. Compliance should be part of a holistic solution for dealers, not an afterthought. Dealerships that stay up to date with compliance not only help protect themselves and their customers, but they create an ethical environment for all,” said Jim Ganther, President and CEO of Mosaic.

BDA is the largest independent insurance agency to offer products and services exclusively for automotive dealers.  BDA is uniquely positioned to offer the size, scale, and support of big box providers combined with the flexibility, efficiency and personnel stability often found with a local agent.  The company specializes in finance and insurance (F&I), property and casualty (P&C), and employee benefits and serves over 1,000 dealers nationwide.
