Hearst Autos has named Ryan Mannion as its chief technology officer. Hearst Magazine announced the formation of Hearst Autos, a collection of its B2B and B2C publications, earlier this month.

NEW YORK — Hearst Autos has named Ryan Mannion as its chief technology officer, the company announced today.

“Technology and data are key to everything we do, with user experience our top priority,” said Hearst Autos President Nick Matarazzo. “Ryan is creative, entrepreneurial and experienced in developing stellar products and high-performing teams. He will be an integral part of Hearst Autos’ further growth as we continue to innovate, educate and guide automotive buyers through exclusive information and content.”

Before joining Hearst Autos, Mannion was the senior vice president and head of product and technology at OZY, a daily digital magazine. There, he led a global product and technology team and was responsible for the ideation, design and execution of the site and its suite of mobile apps.

Hearst Magazine announced the formation of Hearst Autos, a collection of its business-to-business and business-to-consumer publications and products, earlier this month.
