CARMEL, Ind. — KAR Auction Services, a provider of used-vehicle auction services, has hired Toby Hahn as vice president of total rewards and promoted Brad Jokovich to vice president of human resources.

As vice president of total rewards, Hahn will lead all activities pertaining to the company’s compensation, benefits and human resource management systems. Along with those duties, he will manage a team responsible for planning, designing, developing and executing strategic compensation and benefits programs across KAR’s multiple business units and locations, according to KAR Auction.

As vice president of human resources, Jokovich will lead the human resources team throughout North America and the United Kingdom to achieve a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive business partner.
